By downloading, installing, or using Dragons Chess, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

You must create an account to access online features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Dragons Chess is committed to fair competition. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using third-party software, bots, or AI assistance during ranked matches
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for competitive advantage
• Intentional disconnection or stalling to avoid losses
• Account sharing or boosting services
• Collusion with opponents to manipulate rankings

Violations may result in temporary suspension, rank penalties, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

Dragons Chess offers optional in-app purchases including cosmetic items, board themes, and piece skins. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the game. We reserve the right to modify virtual item pricing and availability.

All content in Dragons Chess — including but not limited to game mechanics, artwork, 3D models, music, sound effects, text, and the Dragons Chess brand — is the exclusive property of Dragons Chess and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Dragons Chess content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate usernames or chat messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Interfere with game servers or other players' connections
• Impersonate other players or Dragons Chess staff

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

Dragons Chess is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
